Residence Guidelines

Le Paseban House Rules

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and respectful living environment for all residents, Le Paseban by FLAT06 has established the following house rules. By booking a room, you agree to abide by these guidelines throughout your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 14:00 WIB. Early check-in subject to availability.
Check-out time: 12:00 WIB. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
Valid government-issued ID required at check-in (KTP, passport, or student card).
Room key / digital access code must be returned upon check-out.

Guests & Visitors

Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from management.
Daytime visitors are allowed until 21:00 WIB and must be registered at reception.
Residents are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors at all times.
Visitors must not use shared facilities (kitchen, lounge) without resident supervision.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00 WIB. Please keep noise to a minimum during this period.
Music, TV, and phone calls should be kept at a considerate volume at all times.
No parties or gatherings in private rooms or common areas without prior approval.

Cleanliness & Shared Spaces

Residents are responsible for keeping their rooms clean between scheduled cleaning days.
Shared kitchen and lounge must be cleaned after each use. Do not leave dirty dishes.
Food must not be stored in common areas outside of designated refrigerators.
Rubbish must be disposed of in designated bins. Do not leave rubbish in corridors.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and all indoor common areas.

Security & Safety

Always lock your room door when leaving, even briefly.
Do not share your digital key code with non-residents.
Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to staff immediately.
Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of tenancy.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Payments & Tenancy

Monthly rent must be paid on or before the 1st of each month.
A deposit of IDR 500.000 is required upon check-in and refunded upon check-out (subject to room condition).
Notice of non-renewal must be given at least 14 days before the end of the rental period.
Damage to room or shared facilities beyond normal wear will be charged to the resident.

General Conduct

Treat all fellow residents and staff with respect at all times.
Do not disturb other residents' privacy or personal belongings.
Management reserves the right to terminate tenancy for repeated or serious violations of these rules.
Le Paseban management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

By proceeding to book a room at Le Paseban by FLAT06, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all of the above house rules for the duration of your stay.
